The service and access
Dance Class Builder is a class planning tool designed for dance teachers and flexible enough for other class-based teaching. Access requires a Dance Class Builder membership. You must provide an accurate email address to use the service - your email is used to sign in and manage your account.
Subscription and billing
Your Dance Class Builder membership is a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically based on the plan you selected unless you cancel before the renewal date. For billing questions, email support or use Manage Billing in the app.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, use Manage Billing from the app menu after signing in, or email us at support@danceclassbuilder.thedanceindex.com before your renewal date. We will help confirm your cancellation.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window from your purchase date. If you are not satisfied, email support@danceclassbuilder.thedanceindex.com and we will help. Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No guarantees
Dance Class Builder is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or that the product will be error-free. Features may change over time. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the service or from service interruptions.
Your content
Your class plans, notes, combinations, music and video links, and other teaching content belong to you. By using the service, you give Dance Class Builder permission to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide, support, secure, and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you add to your account.
Acceptable use
Dance Class Builder is for your own personal teaching use. You may not share your account credentials with others, resell or sublicense access to the service, or use the service in ways that violate applicable laws.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. If your subscription is cancelled or expires, your access will end.
