How do I sign in?
Enter your email address on the sign-in page. We send a sign-in code to your inbox - enter that code to sign in. No password is required.
I'm not receiving my sign-in code.
Check your spam or junk folder. Sign-in codes are sent from login@thedanceindex.com. If you still do not receive a code, email us and we will help.
I paid but I can't sign in.
Access is usually activated within a few seconds of payment. Try signing in with the same email address you used at checkout. If it is still not working after a moment, email us - we will sort it out quickly.
Where are my saved plans?
Your saved plans are available on the Saved Plans page after you sign in.
Can I use Dance Class Builder while I teach?
Yes. Open your saved plan before class - your notes, combinations, and media links are all in one place. The product is designed to be usable during class, not just for planning ahead of it.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. Dance Class Builder works on phones and tablets. The layout adjusts for smaller screens.
How is Dance Class Builder different from other class planning tools?
It is designed for building class plans and using them during teaching - not just organizing them. Your notes, combinations, and music and video links live together in a single plan you can open when class starts. It is built for dance teachers first, but works for other class-based teaching too.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Dance Class Builder is an annual subscription. You can cancel before your renewal date by emailing support.
How do I cancel?
Email us at support@danceclassbuilder.thedanceindex.com before your renewal date. We will cancel your subscription and confirm by email. We do not currently have a self-service cancellation flow.
